6. Shipping & Risk

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Title and risk pass to the customer upon dispatch, unless otherwise required by law.

We are not responsible for:

Courier delays

Customs inspections

Seizures or import issues outside UK jurisdiction

Incorrect shipping details provided by customers

Delays caused by compliance checks or verification requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used in the destination jurisdiction.

7. Returns & Refunds

Opened, used, handled, or tampered goods cannot be returned

Damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Evidence may be required before any refund, replacement, or credit is issued

Refunds are processed to the original payment method where applicable
