Product names, descriptions, specifications, purity information, certificates and other supporting materials are provided solely for identification, analytical and research-reference purposes. Nothing on our website constitutes medical, veterinary or other professional advice.

3. CUSTOMER CONFIRMATIONS

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are purchasing the products solely for lawful research or analytical purposes

  • You understand the research-only nature of the products

  • You will not consume or administer the products to any human or animal

You must not purchase products on behalf of anyone whom you know or reasonably suspect intends to use them for a prohibited purpose.

We may request proof of age, identity, address, business status, research activity or intended use before processing or dispatching an order.

4. RESPONSIBLE SUPPLY

We operate a responsible-supply framework and reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Request further information or verification

  • Limit the quantity of products supplied

  • Restrict particular products or destinations

  • Suspend or close a customer account

  • Decline or cancel an order where its intended use is unclear

  • Decline or cancel an order where misuse, unlawful conduct or non-research use is suspected

  • Decline or cancel an order where customer communications, payment references, order notes or other information raise compliance concerns

Where we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method unless the funds are subject to a lawful hold, chargeback, fraud investigation or other legal restriction.

5. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability information are accurate. Minor differences may occur between batches, packaging or website images where these do not materially affect the product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information, storage requirements and available documentation before ordering and using a product.

We may correct typographical, pricing or technical errors at any time. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed on the corrected basis or receive a refund.

6. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An order is accepted once payment has cleared successfully. All accepted orders remain subject to our verification, responsible-supply and compliance rights under these Terms.

We will normally send an order confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address, delivery address and other order details are complete and accurate.

If you identify an error in your order details, contact support@ukpeptidesupply.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

7. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on our website. Delivery charges and other applicable charges will be shown during checkout before payment is submitted.

UK Cosmetic Supplies Limited is not currently registered for VAT, and no UK VAT is charged separately.

Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer delivery to supported destinations worldwide. Availability may vary by product, destination, carrier restrictions and applicable law.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Customs inspections, border controls, carrier disruption, adverse weather, compliance reviews and other events outside our reasonable control may delay delivery.

For UK consumer orders, risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.

For business customers, risk passes when the goods are delivered to the carrier for dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership of the goods passes once we have received payment in full.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Before ordering, international customers are responsible for confirming that the products may lawfully be imported, purchased, possessed, stored and used in the destination country.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Import permits, licences, approvals or authorisations

  • Customs declarations and clearance requirements

  • Import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage charges and handling fees

  • Charges imposed by customs authorities, carriers or other third parties

  • Providing any information requested by customs or the carrier

  • Complying with all laws and regulations in the destination country

These charges are not included in our product or delivery prices unless expressly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for customs inspections, border delays or import restrictions outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility for goods before risk has lawfully passed to a consumer.

Where an international shipment is refused, seized, destroyed, returned or abandoned because the customer has not complied with import requirements or paid applicable charges, any refund will be assessed according to applicable law and may be reduced by irrecoverable delivery, return, customs or disposal costs where legally permitted.

10. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

10.1 Change-of-mind returns

Except where required by law, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns because of the specialised nature, storage requirements and integrity controls associated with our products.

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days after receiving it. To exercise that right, email support@ukpeptidesupply.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you must return eligible goods within 14 days. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them.

Products must be returned unopened, sealed, unused, untampered with, appropriately stored and in their original condition and packaging.

Cancellation rights may not apply, or may be lost, where a statutory exception applies. This may include sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot legally be excluded.

We may reduce a refund where legally permitted if goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition.

10.2 Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

If goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support@ukpeptidesupply.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label

  • Any other information reasonably required to investigate the matter

The 48-hour reporting request helps us investigate problems promptly but does not affect your statutory rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer a replacement, refund, repair or other appropriate remedy.

10.3 Excluded returns

Subject to statutory rights, we may refuse a return where a product has been:

  • Opened, unsealed, used or tampered with

  • Improperly stored or handled

  • Contaminated or damaged after delivery

  • Returned without appropriate protective packaging

  • Used outside its stated research purpose

  • Returned in breach of applicable transport or safety requirements

10.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Where a consumer validly cancels an eligible online order, we will process the refund within the period required by law. Standard outbound delivery charges will be refunded where legally required. Additional charges for an enhanced or express delivery option are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery unless required by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

11. STORAGE, HANDLING AND DISPOSAL

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are:

  • Received and handled by an appropriate person

  • Stored under suitable conditions

  • Protected from contamination, degradation and unauthorised access

  • Accurately labelled and documented

  • Used only in a suitable research or analytical setting

  • Disposed of safely and lawfully

We are not responsible for deterioration, contamination, loss or damage caused after delivery by improper handling, storage, preparation, transportation or use.

12. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You must not:

  • Use our website or products for an unlawful purpose

  • Make false or misleading statements about your identity or intended use

  • Attempt to obtain products for human or animal administration

  • Resell or promote products as medicines, supplements, treatments or health-related products

  • Copy, scrape, interfere with or misuse our website

  • Infringe our intellectual-property rights or those of another person

  • Attempt to bypass purchasing restrictions, account restrictions or compliance controls

We may restrict access to our website or services where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including our branding, logos, text, product descriptions, images, graphics, layout and design, is owned by or licensed to UK Cosmetic Supplies Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal or internal business purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

14. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Breach of statutory consumer rights

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited

We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from:

  • Prohibited, unlawful or unauthorised use of a product

  • Human or animal consumption or administration

  • Improper handling, preparation, storage, transportation or disposal

  • Failure to follow product information or safety requirements

  • Failure to obtain required licences, permits or approvals

  • A customer’s breach of applicable law or these Terms

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses suffered by consumers.

If you are purchasing in the course of a business, profession or research organisation, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, data or goodwill

  • Our total aggregate liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order

15. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, border closures, industrial action, natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, interruption of utilities or failure of communications networks.

If such an event materially affects an accepted order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and communicate with the customer where appropriate. This section does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. PRIVACY

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy or cookie preferences tool.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on our website.

The Terms applying to an order are those in force when the order is placed. Changes will not affect contracts already concluded unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

19. WAIVER

If we delay or fail to enforce any provision of these Terms, this does not waive our right to enforce it later.

20. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no person other than you and UK Cosmetic Supplies Limited has any right to enforce these Terms.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable law.

If you are a business customer, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
